2. Consignment
If you choose to sell, we’ll catalogue your item, store it in a secure location, and provide you with a receipt, giving you peace of mind.
3. Auction
Join the excitement of the auction in person or online. If your item sells, we’ll send you a post-sale advice with the hammer price.
4. Payment
Payment is made directly to your bank account and you’ll receive a statement with full details for your records.
What does it cost?
At Hanson Ross, we make the auction process straightforward and stress-free. Our fees are easy to understand and include insurance, photography and cataloguing as well as internet coverage on two top bidding platforms: HansonsLive and the saleroom. We charge a flat rate of £5 per lot, whether it is sold or not, and 17.5% of the hammer price (with a minimum charge of £5) so you can focus on getting the best price for your items.
